FAQ
Motorcycle transport questions
If your question isn't here, ask it on the quote form and we will answer directly.
How is my motorcycle secured during transport?
Each motorcycle is loaded individually and secured with wheel chocks and soft straps at proper tie-down points, then checked before and during the trip. Specific equipment used on your move is confirmed when we discuss the details.
Can you transport a motorcycle that does not run?
Non-running and project motorcycles can often be moved, but we need to know the condition first — whether it rolls, steers, and brakes — so the right loading approach is planned. Please describe the condition on your quote request.
How should I prepare my motorcycle?
Remove personal belongings and loose accessories, photograph the bike from all angles, note any existing damage, disclose mechanical issues, and have keys available. Fuel should be low but enough to load and unload.
Can you pick up from a dealership or private seller?
Yes. We coordinate directly with dealerships, private sellers, and auction lots. Provide the contact name, address, and any release or paperwork requirements when you request a quote.
Do I need to be present at pickup and delivery?
Someone authorized should be present at both ends to hand over keys, walk the bike, and confirm condition. If that is not possible, tell us in advance so an alternative can be arranged.
How far in advance should I schedule?
Earlier is better, especially around events and in winter. Availability depends on the route and the calendar, so reach out with your dates and we will tell you what is realistic.
What information is needed for an accurate quote?
Motorcycle year, make, model, and type; whether it runs; the number of bikes; pickup and delivery addresses or ZIP codes; your preferred date and how flexible it is; and anything unusual about access at either end.
What happens if Colorado weather affects the schedule?
Mountain weather and road closures can change a plan. If conditions make a route unsafe, we contact you, explain the situation, and reschedule around it rather than pushing through.
Ready to move your motorcycle?
Send the trip details and we will review them and follow up with a quote.
